We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to cook and deliver your order, and you can remove it any time.
What we collect
When you create an account or place an order, we may store your name, delivery address, phone number, email address, your chosen city, and the details of your orders. That’s it — we don’t collect anything we don’t need.
Why we keep it
Only to take, prepare and deliver your orders, to show you your own order history, and to contact you about an order if needed. We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising.
Where it’s stored
Your details are stored securely with our hosting and database providers and sent only over encrypted connections. Card payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Orders you place by WhatsApp are shared with us through WhatsApp.
How long we keep it
We keep your saved details while your account is active. Records that aren’t updated are automatically removed after about a year.
Your choices
You can view and change your details, or delete everything we hold, from your account page using “Delete my saved data”. You can also ask us to show or remove your information at any time — just get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
